Litigation Settlement
Solutions LLC
Monetizing legal fees and managing risks for top settlement attorneys for more than 20 years
ABOUT
Litigation Settlement Solutions LLC (LSS) was founded by the principals responsible for the monetization of over $3 billion in legal fees resulting from the historic Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement, representing more than 90% of such transactions over the last 20 years.
Settlement agreements can be extremely complex and often require participating attorneys to bear substantial risk, including having to wait potentially a decade or more to receive full payment of legal fees.
At LSS, we devote our considerable experience and resources to understanding every intricacy of your litigation settlement agreement and to creating comprehensive documentation, risk analytics and financial models that allow us to monetize your legal fee cash flows as quickly and efficiently as possible.
